Grout in 3 hours

I've never had any grout problems when grouting after 3 hours.

I have always tried to work a job so that grouting is next day, just because i don't like removing spacers to soon

Thats the idea of rapid set, grout after 3 hours.

Iv never had issues either way..... If your called in for a small job to put about 18 tiles back on then its fine to tile them then after a few hours grout....

As for floors I leave till next day
Just done 13m² on Thursday then Friday grouted

I prefer adhesive to be set but sometimes its cheaper and quicker doing it the same day as long as you do a good job

I think you might be getting confused with grouting too soon after fixing with a dispersion adhesive.
