Grout or not to grout ???

Hi all
Apologise for all the questions.

Just about to lay porcelaine tiles in a new utility room. Laying on ditra and they need to be laid before a back to the wall toilet, washing machine and sink unit need to be installed on top.

Do you suggest I lay then and then grout then and then cover them to protect for damage and dirt or not grout them and grout after the other work has been done ??

grout them as soon as possible and then cover the floor to protect it

Grout with a grout suitable for the tile and substrate.....
