Good evening! Some years ago now I received a letter from these guys asking me to fill out a membership submission form. Didn't think much of it at the time, presumably was just a national mailshot. However, I'm wondering if any of you guys are members? Is it actually open to tilers? Do they recognise our trade as a craft? And could it be worthwhile joining?

I was a member 5 years or so ago, massive waste of time and money. Not the organisation it once was.

March the 10th 2014 I was presented to the Mayor of London I am now one of four real Master Craft tilers.The one you are talking about means nothing, you pay your money and
get a worthless van sticker.

There are loads of these schemes and 'accreditations' about. You need to really look into them all.
