I've used that and stain stop on them and stain stop makes washing off easier. If you're supplying materials I'd go mattstone😉

I wouldn't go cheap on the grout. You'll need loads but the under floor heating store do bal wideflex at a decent price with free next day delivery.

have you thought about using the 900x 600's for all your cuts where you can? this would use them up and save your other sizes.

All sorted guys, as you say, using the larger for a lot of the cuts, have enough to complete main area about 65m2 in opus, then got 15m in a bedroom and bathroom, will maybe have run off a few of the larger to make the 600s and change pattern slightly but as its in a small room with furniture it won't notice. The customer doesn't know what my fuss is about, he still can't see the pattern!!!!

If you set your plunge so it doesn't cut right thru the tile. Flip the tile over and cut from the back then break the tile you'll find you can recreate the chiselled edge. A light going over with a wire brush on a grinder. A bit of practise with an offcut and away you go. You'll be surprised how good you can get it...

I really like this idea! Crackerlacking! Will give it a go tomorrow, ta very much

Thanks for the reply , the issue is we have to many of the 900x600 tiles left. Would I get away with cutting some of them down to 600x600 and chisel edge?
It will look awful accommodating a diff pattern at this stage?
Could you cut some of the 900x600 tiles where you need a 600x600 against the walls and have a 300x300 left for another wall cut.
