Hand Cleaners

Has anybody any recommendations for a hand cleaner for removing adhesive/grout/sealant etc? Is good old swarfega the best?

What about preventing it in the first place with that rub on gloves stuff? Or is it spray on?

It dries and puts a coating on your skin, and then you was that off with something?

(Somebody who's actually used it explain it for me?)
