Just had the go ahead for a full renovation I priced a few weeks ago. Full Bathroom fit, Full kitchen fit, change of layout to 3 bedroom house, full re-wire, new central heating, new floors throughout, spots everywhere, plastering everywhere, full decor, the works! Best birthday pressie this year. Woo hoo!

that's not so bad, try being 33 after Christmas! when nobody has any money left, doesn't want to go out cos it's so cold and forgets about your birthday due to the melee of Christmas and New Year... not that I'm bitter or anything :yikes: I only stick to TF cos the forum sends me a Happy Birthday email each year.. more than some of my mates!
