I have purchased mapei S1 keraquick flex rappied adhesive for the floor boarding and tiling and mapei S1 kerflex standard set for the walls. The tiles are 10mm 600x300 ceramic (for one wall) and 8mm 600x300 for the rest of the walls and floor. The floor boards will be boarded with tile backer 10mm boards and underfloor electric heating on top.
Have I got the correct adhesive for 300x600 porcelain?

I would SLC over the wires as well
If your floor boards are really solid/stable, fix a 6mm solid cement board (Hardibacker), or if you want to save money longterm, use a 10mm insulation tile backer board (Jako). The insulation board will save you money as the heat from the UFH will go up, not down.
As above, I would use a 5mm screed of levelling compound over the top of any boarding once the UFH has been laid, as it encapsulates the UFH and allows for easier and a better tile bond with reduced chance of damage and good heat transmission. Screeding can be difficult for an amateur, so I would advise asking a tiler who has done this before.
Adhesive is fine. Any S1 adhesive will do the job, but mix it properly and use standard set if you are new to the job. Don't forget to prime floor substrates if you are using levelling compound as it can dry and pin-hole bubble/crack.

I cannot emphasise enough that the subfloor (the bare floor) needs to be stable before over-boarding. This means making sure that there is no movement at all before boarding over it. Once this is good, lay the 10mm insulation panels with washers every 300mm, staggering the boards so that no 4 corners meet (in a brick pattern). Then ask a tiler to do the screeding and if you have the money, tiling!
I use Ultra Pro Primer, but any primer designed for use with tiles is fine. Maybe stick with Mapei products as you are using their adhesive. Mapei EcoPrim, I think it's called?
