My streets looking like something out of the Lampoons already and it's only the 1st December :veryangry:, so c'mon, own up, who's got their xmas tree up already, and have you had them up since mid November :yikes:

now that my lounge is decorated, I shall be spending tonight adorning my 6 foot tree with the 250 clear lights that my husband decided were a wise idea 2 years ago.

conveniently, he doesn't have an artistic or creative bone in his body so muggins here spends over an hour putting the lights on the tree, and then another hour at least adding the 3 boxes full of decorations....

oh and I'm dreaming of a white Christmas!

i've abandoned the tree part way through, the 250 stupid lights have 2 bulbs that have blown.... no chance i'm wasting my time tonight putting them all on if i can't get suitable replacement bulbs..

speaking of laminate.... he's at it again... 9.10pm and he's smashing some poor laminate boards to death in the en-suite..

i'm just pleased we live in a detached house and can no longer annoy the neighbours with late night diy!
