We charge per square foot......

Ceramic over concrete.... 3.00 per square foot....
Ceramic and cement board. 4.00 per square foot....

Add 1.00 a square foot for pattern...45 degree angle set....

Stone....marble...slate...travertine... 5.00-7.00 a square foot

I tend to bid each job on it's own.....say they people live in a giant house with lots of money....I tend to charge more.....if it's a single mom with kids....or old lady....less.

If I really don't want to do the job.....nasty house....anal retentive people....I hit them between the eyes....if they bite.....then the money will make me overcome my dislikes.

I remove all baseboard trim....tear out existing flooring...move furniture....remove and reset commode...new shower pipes, bathtub pipes....etc...whatever it takes to complete a job.

I would say I am reasonably priced.......but I gurantee all my work for as long as they own the house.

I love setting tile. Put down 300 square feet cement board today. I'll post some pictures up of some jobs sometime soon.

I was pretty puzzled when I saw that over there you price per meter squared.

I think it's pretty close though....

I would love to come over there and set some tile. I bet it would be a culture shock.

I think it would be great to meet some ladies from England. Allthough my wife may disagree.

You guys have the absolute coolest accents. I did a tile job for Geezer Butler from Black Sabbath once. He owned a house in Chesterfield Missouri for a time...may still own it.
I happen to love Black Sabbath and OZZY is my favorite. You guys did good there.

Here is what motivates me to set tile.

My pride and joy.

2004 Ford Mustang Mach 1. I have done alot of work to it and love it. My baby.
Just a regular tile guy with a car habit.

PS. It has a supercharger.
