can anyone give me some advice on get work?
i have use yell.com Thomson local and posted cards in the local shops and surrounding villages and tried a locl builder but only had two jobs so far since jan.:ears:

Try dropping business cards through peoples letter boxes. I have done it three times now and had a response every time. Hit rate is quite small but at least it gives you the chance to start building a rep.
