help with price

I once saw a tiny compressed air sandblaster used by a jewller,you could set it to remove grout without tile damag......opening in the market for someone there me thinks

i never do re-grouts, just price up so it would be cheaper to re-tile...tell them for a little bit more than it would cost to re-grout they will get a nice newish clean bathroom....happy days

Unfortunately in my earlier post it was not possible to do this. The re-grout that I did was in a shower cubicle, floor to ceiling, and the tiles had been carried all around the rest of the room to half height. Only the shower area needed to be fixed so customer was not interested in having a full re-tile. I think in a situation like that a re-grout is a viable option. As long as the customer understands the work involved and potential for damage, and accepts this then re-grouting is relatively easy money I feel.
