have just tiled bathroom floor over 2*3mm insulation boards after 5 days the floor is still springing in places so the grout is cracking any ideas really dont want to take up floor .... they r ceramic tiles and have laid loose wire under floor heatin cable

How did you fix the insulation boards to the floor, did you use tile adhesive/screws? And did you pour a levelling compound over the heat mat before tiling? Also was your adhesive and grout flexible?

If the floor is springing then it will have to come up.

Agree with Neale above, if you have movement then nothing will help but to remove and do again.

Didn't fix loose matting. tile adhesive was flexible but grout wasn't. Is there and use in scraping out the joints and trying to apply adhesive? Open to suggestions!

If you didnt fix the matting then there will be movement. There are systems that dont need fixing but in this case IIMO it should have been fixed according to the manufacturers instructions.
What Insulation was it ?

Have used blueboard insulation rfblue6. have got ceramic floortile adhesive unibond for concrete floors on advice from b and q. got rf primer acrylic is this suitable? Have taken tiles up and have now got blueboard down directly on floorboards.

I would look at a few posts on here regarding tiling onto floorboards I think you may have been given some very poor advice

Those blue insulation boards are too flimsy in my opinion. The cement faced ones are better.
