hi all,i have a customer who has had what they say is polished granite laid and the tiler sealed it with hg marble and stone impregnator

he said he buffed it in but it has left the floor smeary and greasy looking

can i strip this back and if so should i use an hg prodcut to do so or will another brand be compatible?

cheers:smilewinkgrin:
