Hi all.
great forum and a great sense of commuinty amongst you tilers !
did training a couple of months ago and still a little bit concerned about going it alone. I am however about to do 1st job for a friend of a friend and just wanted to run by a couple of things with you guys just for re assurance !
I am going to be tiling a kitchen floor which is concrete it is very flat so does not need levelling. I believe I should be using rapid set adhesive (as ceramics tiles being used), a pva primer to stop any dust. And a flex grey floor grout.
please tell me if i'm wrong ! Also customer not going to have kickboards removed. no access required so is it ok to tile up to these leaving 4mm gap ??
I think and hope i am right but just seeking assurance. Welcome your comments and advice. Hi to brian c and teddyamy !
