I've just came across this website which is rather helpful, unfortunately for me a bit late.
I've purchased 100 m quartz tiles from a company called tiles porcelain in Durham , however after they ve been laid , the come off. I should also say that they were laid on underfloor heating.
very disappointed and don't know what to do now.
i have seen a few posts about the same company in Durham.
please advise. The Tyler said that never happened to him before.
what do I do know?
thx

Thank you guys for your really prompt responses.
ill get some pics out and maybe someone can advice further.
as I had laid about 100 s square metres and world came apart as I don't know what to do.
just for reference:
first we had the screed on
2 weeks after we had the first set of tiles ( they were laid on 3 consecutive s Sundays)
job ended in 15 December 2012
about a month on, we have started underfloor hheating
after a few weeks on with underfloor heating I've noticed some wobbly tiles (the end ones), and taking those of I can see further tiles coming of.
the adhesive used was Some from the company that sold tiles and some from builder depot (I don't remember the name but I could find out)
as you have said, it may be various reasons, but I saw on this website a few bad things about the company that I bought tiles from tiles porcelain and I was a bit worry as I spent a load of monies ... And was very concerned...and seems that I have reached a dead end.
thank you for your cooperation and looking forward to your replies.

Hi there
and thanks again for your replies.
the tiles were laid in 3 consecutive Sundays (yes, 3 working days) by the tiler and one helper.
Having taken few of the tiles off, I can notice that the adhesive is still wet although they were laid 2 months ago. However the screed seems to be fine.
im just wondering if I can hire a private authorised qualified tiler/person specialised within this field to give an opinion.
pls help.
i spent loads of monies and don't know what to do next.
your replies are really helpful.
thanks

Hi guys,
can u help, pls.
the company says that it's my own risk, therefore I don't know whether I need to change all tiles or can it be fixed.
thanks
