Hi to all
I'm just starting out after 33 years as an engineer the RN and have used my resettlement grant to re-train as a tiler. Although I've been dabbling in the "art" for a number of years in my own homes and that of friends the course taught me a great deal and has given me the confidence to actually charge people for my work!
I've completed a couple of bathrooms in my spare time (post course) for friends but mainly for myself for the practice. The only problem is I now need to re-tile my own bathroom as I can see all my mistakes as I did it a good few years ago. (Best keep the growing portfolio away from "she who never smiles" or I'll never get a moment peace).
All the best to all
