similar to chris never done it myself but a few mates who have made total rocket fuel that gets you slaughtered after 1 pint,i do however facy having a go at making my own wine though?:smilewinkgrin:

I double ferment mine, when the fermentation slows right down I start the fermentation off again by adding more sugar

I also use super yeast

lad i used to work with started out doing homebrew

two of them now do it as a full time job with their own brewery

and its fantastic

so good that i had to buy a beeer pump cause i was having the odd barrel off them for bbq / christmas / easter / birthdays

now i dont need an excuse 72 pints for about £ 70 £ 80

if you can't get a hold of exotic fruits like grapes in haddington i can send yo a few crates through at a very reasonable price.......:lol:

I've seen my brother brew his own beer- delicious- but I've never seen wine made at home before. How long does it take? This sounds like a fun project.
