Its hard to put into words how terrible that is, how long has that been done?

It that black grout or had it just gone mouldy?

It must be some kind of crazy paving look, nobody dealing with a full deck would do that as normal tiling.

I like it. It reminds me of Mondrian art. All you have to do is knock out a few white tiles and replace them with Red, Yellow & blue tiles.

I would charge 20-25k for your work!!
