Brilliant demonstration there. I preffer to comb in one direction and have been laughed at by by plumber mate who reckons Im just being fusy. I often preffer to spread with the flat side of the trowel and then comb too.

Great information and demo on how to achieve good coverage and as said glass makes is it simpler to understand.
