cheers brian the ironic thing is a just passed my cscs test to renew my card on the same morning that a went to hospital lol

Just one of those annoying things, not alot you can do but wait. I've just noticed where you are from, I was born in Paisley and have family in Kilmarnock, Ayr, Troon and Irvine, so not far from you really.
