How long do you leave porcelain to dry before drilling etc

Morning ! Ok adhesive came off wall surface . I have done a depth measure and it’s 7mm exactly . Tile has 80% coverage .

No bond on the wall. Almost like it's been pva'd, but I know you didn't!

Mapei G1 was used correctly on the plaster

It seems that the primer was not well dried.
Once it happened to me,
It was cold and primer was not yet dry.
After a week, the tiles were like your photos.

Primer had 24 hours plus to dry in a nice warm house with plenty of airflow !

Did you dilute it

yes !! Followed the guide lines etc. I have re done the tile tonight and will drill it Sunday .
