well i cant see how unless you you filled the bathroom up with water or stood there with a hose but most of it would run down the stairs i am not having a go at you just saying why use a product if it costs more when you dont need it its not a problem using it its better than plaster board but i always advise builders not to use backerboard on boxing only if its getting wet like a shower if its not use plasterboard imoSo there's no risk of a bath panel getting wet?
completely right mate,if it gets wet,its down either to the tiling failing or plumbing through mostly bad workmanship.well i cant see how unless you you filled the bathroom up with water or stood there with a hose but most of it would run down the stairs i am not having a go at you just saying why use a product if it costs more when you dont need it its not a problem using it its better than plaster board but i always advise builders not to use backerboard on boxing only if its getting wet like a shower if its not use plasterboard imo
This one is completely removable the whole thing, on Hardie backer. Access needed to all areas under bath, Jacuzzi.
