I'm nearly finished tiling all bathroom, however Now I have these tricky bits left/small pieces etc. I have a good tile cutter (rubi) and good nipper as well (rubi),however I have no idea if I can cut out such a square out from a tile as it's not a single line?
I do not have the electric cutter nor do I think I want to buy one just to cut about 6-7 tiles like this.

Any of you Pros think this can be somehow cut out without an electric saw?
I want a smooth crisp line ( for niche edges in wall, as I don't want to use those metal/plastic tile trims as I find them really nasty/cheap looking)

If you want your cuts to be as good as you describe, I would advise you not to attempt it yourself.
Either, check our tilers directory for a fitter near you who may be willing to do the cuts for you for a small fee, or if you want absolute perection, find a company that can waterjet cut them for you.

by the sound of it you want to use your nippers.
Score it, then nibble away.

Then when you're not happy with the quality, invest in something suitable to do the job.

You're not, IMHO, going to get an edge good enough to omit trim without using some form of disc cutter. Whether that is an angle grinder with a decent blade or a wet cutter. Check out your local hire shops.

Sweet, I do have an angle grinder already, what kind of blade do you need to cut tiles with it?
Are you able to get clean enough cut with an angle grinder for such a task?
I did try to make such cuts with the nipper on some offcuts however 4times I tried- everytime it cracked over the line on the other dimension.

Depends on what your tiles are. @ATSDiamondTools will be able to recommend something suitable.
I'd drill a hole in the corner and cut to that, then sand smooth if needed.

30 years ago you had no choice but to nibble it out.....if there ceramic you can get a decent finish with some tiles nips and a file or a rod saw.....takes a lot of practice though..
