I know... I kept saying all through the film, please don't kill the dog, you could just tell it was going to happen... amazing animal, what an actor!!

I watched this film once back home, when I was around ten years old, some detective story, where the police dog, an alsation, got shot by the baddy, I cried my heart out for hours and hours, couldn't believe it that someone could be so horrible to a dog - my parents still talked about it years later, that I just didn't accept it that it was pretend, because I knew that somewhere in the world this would happen, and more than once... so now when there is some animal in a movie like that I just know what's going to happen... I am such a big softie still... but at least in this case it was obviously pretend
