That recipe looks good. I love fish but I'm the only one in the house that does. Rick Stein's book hasn't moved off the shelf for a while but a change is a coming.

i ,think fish is very good for you, they say you should eat it at least one a week, and it's a nice change from meat, and it support's our fishermen :hurray:

I'm lucky in that my fav is mackerel. It's not often your favourite anything is one of the cheaper. It was nearly my entire diet in the summers of growing up cos I went fishing on the coast nearly every day.
