in this modern society, who conducts all there business on there phone or tablet? What apps do you use ?

I use invoice to go to email invoices, I find it very useful and simple!

Works very well. After a year there is a subscription, but it's worth it.

I helping with the testing at the minute, not sure if it's live yet, but when it is I believe it will be £10 a month.

"paying for an app" do some research, it's much, much more than just an app.
it's a software package that works across all your computers, tablets and phones, to quote, invoice, collect payment etc.
I find it good, I can finish a job, hit a button and their quote is converter to an invoice and emailed to them ready for payment.

Why don't you like paying for apps? The vast majority are so cheap and if it means you get extra options and no ads etc I don't see the problem.

I assume you like to get paid for your work, why shouldn't an app developer earn something for their work?

You have to invest money in your business for it to succeed and grow. Using one of these apps also gives a professional touch which in turn gives a good impression to the customer, even at the initial quote stage.

It's the basic package, you get all the features but you get a limited amount. Which suits me perfectly. I got it on a 50% off deal. I would upgrade if I felt the need, the mid range one is about £30 a year. There is a way to cheat invoice 2 go to send more invoices and quotes than your supposed to.

what you pricing? I do all may Quotes / estimated on it, invoices, either convert quote or new one. Can connect to a card payment machine ( which I don't use). Think you can connect to your google calendar if you use one, I don't.

Well yes quotes, invoices, that's all I need.
I think you get about 50. If you upgrade to mid package you get unlimited.
I hand out writen invoices when needed and half the time I don't need any invoices at all.

with the quoting template you can add pre stored lines or add new ones, as many as you want depending on how much detail you want in the quote.
pics or drawings can be added to the email before you send it.

I use invoice 2 go. Is playing up lately - wont sync across devices, invoices go missing .....

can't sign on the one I use but is an "Accept Quote" but which then notifies me by email
