I don't really know what he's asking, says the floor is concrete and then asks about a 50mm screed? Surely if services need to reach the centre of the shop they can just be chased into the concrete. I can't even be arsed to reply.

I'm confused by him, he says it's a new build? Did they not think to put the services in first? I'm just wondering wether this is the guys first ever job. Hands up here if you have NOT got an SDS, chase saw, grinder, or any other such tool for such a problem.
