I would think so, if you get them to cover the cost of the blade you should both be happy. I have a Dewalt 2400 but I use the vitrex with a B&Q glass blade for most jobs, don't always have the room to set up the Dewalt. The glass blades are cheap and cut most tiles inc porcelain, just my opinion.
