Looking at all the high end tools you guys are buying I feel a bit embarrassed. The only tools I've bought recently are adjustable spanners.

They were branded as Princeton here until they changed the name to Pall Mall a couple of years ago. The name change didn't bother me but they used it as an excuse to increase the price...which did.

I got one of these: Absolutely brilliant - way faster and easier mixing and cleans up easily too.

That’s the only style of whisk I use and have done since day one. There’s no comparison in how well they mix and clean up.
