Can't see any reason for this floor failing, it's fitted to a very high standard. LOL

Floor is about 10 m2, problem with filling in, is the insulation boards under the wire have failed as well and are bouncing like a trampoline, I'm not 100% sure what the substrate is, I suspect a floater.
