I've just quoted for a hall running into kitchen floor - 20m2
Substrate is concrete with only a couple of high spots to grind out.
Price to include trimming of kicker boards, removing white goods etc...
tiles will more than likely be square porcs (but maybe ceramic) not sure on size yet but won't be monstrous.

Just interested what other tilers would quote for this job so I can see how I am placed.
