Hi all,
I need to get a quote for two bathroom and two kitchen floors in two flats I own. Probably 40sqm in total.
The subfloor is chipboard so will probably need overboarding.
The tiles will be something like 400mm x 400mm porcelain, supplier to be decided but not a shed.
There is potential to do the wall tiling in the bathroom afterwards but this will be a different quote.
Flat are in Great Bridge near Birmingham and Stourbridge. Job will be managed by me and the letting agent (so you could get in with them to get more jobs).
Let me know if you are interested. Will give a fully spec/arrange visit after that.
