i see removing the pinths as a convenience for me, so i would never charge extra for it. Anyway only takes about 10 mins to do, once you have done it once its easy. Just use rip saw with guide rail:thumbsup:

But why don't you charge for it charlie1, and make more money? :huh2:

Hi mate,

I just include it in the overall estimate. I tell the customer at the start of the job exactly whats needing done and the overall price, but i never add it on in the middle of the job as an extra as it actuly saves me time by cutting it down.

The only thing i would add on is if i was taking the bottom of a door £30. But i would tell the customer at the start of the job
