kitchen worktop - straight to bent

Hi guys/gals
Ive started tiling around my kitchen worktop using sqaure 12x12cm tiles. The granite worktops are all level, however near the last run, the worktop doesnt seem to be level. Should i trim the tile to make it straight?? would this look dodgy as all the other tiles start full frm the worktop? to top it off the tiles are rounded off around the sides and are raised in the centre, if you get wat i mean. Any advice wud be appreciated

If the work surface slopes away at one end then I'd have cut all the tiles from the start from the lowest point, and not start with full tile from the highest...... if Im understanding what your are on about.

can the worktop which is not level be wedged up a bit to level it ?

Wont a silicon seal hide the slope if its not running out too much!

If it's only a mill or 2 then probably but it all depends on what the varibles are.

Granite worktops should be level, why do you thing it slopes away, has it not been securesdproperly?

They are not exactly light and I would have thought the installer would have made sure they were properly secured and fitted correctly. Is it in 2 or more pieces?

The granite would have been siliconed to the carcass....so you will have to fit the tiles to suit.

Raise or lower cabinets with feet not an option ?

Really depnds upon the size of the worktop..granite weighs a ton......Also if there is a decor panel at the end this could be cut to suit the floor covering etc and raising could leave a gap.....then you also have to try and get to the back legs and the carcass could be fixed to the wall with a bracket as they should be for strength....( good kitchen fitters do anyway).............

Cheers guys for the advice...
The worktop is in 4 peices, 3 are all level and the final peice which ends above the washing machine is slightly out. the bubble in the spirit level is just over the centre left line. Cant put anything infront cause there is the corner of a window, plus the microwave is inbuilt into the units..lol..
the end panel cant even be lowered, because it sits above the floor tiles. The stupid kitchen fitters couldnt agree a time with granite ppl to do in 1 go, hence the slight bentness. The reason I started with a full tile is because it looks best this way and fits perfect with all the windows, hood splashback etc etc.
Any other suggestions
