No problem with the warranty Bri. In fact I have never had to put in one warranty claim form in for anything that was sold. And don't forget people the difference between Warranty & Guarantee?.

Good question, I thought they were the same thing, so I googled it,

What is the difference?

A warranty is given by the manufacturer and it's at their discretion to either fix a machine or replace it. Normally they replace goods within 3-6 months and put it down to a design failure/fault. But at the end of the day it's up to them to either sort the problem out for you or just do nothing. If something has lets say a two year warranty then you have two years to make a claim against that product. If you have a guarantee for something over a certain time frame then they have no choice but to replace the item. It's rare you will ever find too many products that come with a full guarantee?. They will probably have some kind of clause in the deal?.

Same as what every other product comes with. Warranty. Just depends on how much you value your customers and want to keep them. If anything were to fail on our products then it will be sorted ASAP.
