Easy to take the ****, but looks like a classic case of the floor height furthest from the door being so high, and customers not wanting a step into the bathroom. What's the tiler meant to do?

The house has just had a huge reform ( 60k plus..) so a bit more money sorting the floor wouldn't have been a problem, it was never put to the owners.
