logo design opinions please

Nah i dont think your wasting your money mate they look good. Where do you get all your printing and stuff done, t-shirts jumpers etc?

My honest opinion cam is I'm not overly keen on the design ( the logo bit with the squares), yes, it looks modern, professional and possibly even suggests initiative but to me, at a glance, it does not scream tiling and I think it should. Having said that, you can over think this stuff but in the end , it's your work that will determine your business.

Its not finished Charlie ! far from it ! I only put it up to ask advice on colours and what not ! I don't want it to scream tiling. If you had thoroughly read the thread you will see where this is all going !

I've just spotted that 'solutions' is light grey! I really do not know what colour 'tiling' should be. I would have to play around with colours on the screen. I thought about black, but it means introducing another colour to add to the white, grey, blue, light grey and orange......

Got it......how about using the three colours you have for the tiles as three colours for your wording?

The one with the grey background would look better if 'tiling' was in the orange. The red looks great on the blue, but doesn't quite work on the grey for me.. I'd be tempted to make 'solutions' a bit bigger, so it's taking most of the space between the p and the g.
i like the square design, although maybe some sort of opus pattern would look better for the tiling side of things.. Wouldn't mean so much for the plastering though..!?!

The two designs only differ from top to bottom ! cheers whitebeam for the opinion though !

heres a pic of my card clean simple white back ground print bouth sides put in qr code for your web site £36 a thousand cards two day dilvery always keep simple will stand out more if yor a tiler then you want tiles on the card maybe on the back keep who you are and what you do simple

Much better. I like bottom too! I do like beanz's opus pattern idea, but agree that it will have nothing to do with plastering.
