Having just treated myself to some new levels, thought I ought to look after them instead of chucking them in the back of the van. How do you store yours ?

@Localtiler - mine are just straight edges now! The laser level does the job and that gets looked after.

The levels I've got are stabila, does a bag really do much ?
Keeps them together so the small ones don't get banged about or get lost in the pipe

I've got a stabila case with 2 pockets, one holds the 120 & 180 and the other holds the 60 & 30. Don't think it cost much, £20 or so. It does however look like you're carrying a shotgun into people's houses

I have a protective layer of Tile cement on mine
You still need level even if it's just to borrow the plasterer so he gets the boarding flat and straight lol
They don't know what spirit levels are!! Guess work, keys on some string and that'll do
