I tend to use a wet cutter more in the winter, there's no way I'm standing outside in the cold and rain cutting a bloody tile ....

I'm plugging in a mixer anyway so may as well plug grinder in ! I can see its merits for a one off cut tho etc

Cutting architraves for a start, sometimes it takes longer to run an extension cable, or cables if your a long way from power than the time it takes to just get it out of the box and wip the arc off with a cordless..

All tools are worth getting in cordless if you can IMO and they still perform well enough.
98% of sockets are next to doors...🙂

cordless mixer wouldnt last 5 mins with me
have to replace the contacts every 3 mths on my ruby double , can do 3 bags of leveler a time and 2 bags of addy

Mine works fine with me. Purely bathroom work, only 1 bag at a time. I’ll never use a corded one again. Unless this one breaks 😀

I’ve never tried it as I would just put it on charge after a couple of bags.
As an estimate, I think the battery goes down 1 out of 4 bars after mixing up a couple of bags. So let’s say for arguments sake about 8 bags.
