Found it £13 per bag but 2 primers required cost £100 so quite expensive!

Went in to TG and asked about the the new mapei renovation fibre enhanced screed and was told that it was £13 per bag so i thought thats a good price then then boy said but you need 2 primers "A" and "B" and together there £100 to trade! I about passed out, so will have to see if Dave got better price for the primers or if there even required since hes used it.

Cant see them not being required, if they were not used in conjunction with the product then who would guarantee them? it sounds like a process to me.

They are not needed and i don't know why TG recommended them..

Really Dave, have you any ideas must be same stuff cant be 2 mapei renovation fibre screeds released in last few weeks . Apparently Mapei rep told them it was needed last week.

You need a primer for the substrate and that is it.. Primer G will suffice..

Primer g on ply or plaster? But I was puting it down ontop of a dural decoupler . What substraight did you use it on Dave?
