Mapei vs BAL

Hello everybody. I am a big lover of Mapei and to be honest I dont really use anything else. A couple of weeks ago I spent the day with the BAL reps and was blown away by the after care service that they provide. My question is what is the Mapei after care service like? I have met the Mapei rep a few times and he seems to be very helpful but Iv (thankfully) never had a job go bad and had to rely on them. Has anybody out there dealt with both BAL and Mapei? Whos the best for looking after the tilers?

Aftercare service can only be assessed ...well with aftercare service. having a day at Bal or Mapei doesnt mean much to me if they feed me their stories. I have in the past had dealing with BALs aftercare and didnt like it, as yet i havent had the same issues with Mapei as i have had no cause to call them out........Wait a minute that must mean.....MAPEI is good stuff

Indeed and to redress the balance i am sure Mapei say the same things...well i know they do but !..the proof is in the pudding, and the pudding is Mapei`s excellent products

i use mapei for adhesives and Silicon, and bal for grouts. just dont like mapei grout, but on a whole id have to go with mapei.

I wont use BAL unless I have no choice. Mapei all the way, I just wanted to know what the after care was like
