Just going out on the bike for a couple of hours...then chill out with the kids for the rest of the day. What you guys up too..

just chilling, might go out on my bike later........motorbike that is.......dont do pushbikes, all that dayglow lyra wouldn't suit me :lol:

Now would anybody believe me if I said I did 15 miles in an hour and a half on my pushbike this morning? No? :lol:

Hubby went out on his bicycle and I stayed in and did the ironing only 3 more weeks....
