Mosaic floor tiles

Hi guys. Got a toilet floor to tile in mosaic, advice required!

1. Which flexible adhesive to use (tiling onto Ply)
2. Best size trowel to use.

What size mosaic?
What thickness ply do you have down?
What colour grout will you be using?

For a plywood (Marine of WBP) overlay less than 15mm, suitably screw-fixed at 3oomm centres, BAL would recommend BAL Fastflex.

Fastflex can also be bought in white powder as well....... for mosaic work...
