Mosaic tiles in shower area

Hi, I have porcelain mosaic tiles in the floor area of my shower. The shower has wet room underlay underneath to stop any leaks. The builders laid the mosaics with Ultra Tile Fix Pro Grout. The mosaics have lifted and most of the grout has come out.

Can anyone recommend what I should use to stick the mosaics back down and grout please as the Ultra Tile Fix Pro Grout isn't working at all!

what tray type is it and what size are the mosaics?

Hi its a Dukka board and the mosaics are about 1" square.

Ok. The majority of foam core trays have a minimum mosaic size of 50mm x 50mm. This is for point load. Using to small a size can result in de-bonding , grout failure etc.

Thank you, my mosaics are about 27mm which is probably why!
