have a look at GT ,Giant ,Scot ,Trek ,or Orange all do a nice bike but if you have the dosh have a look at a Cannondale :thumbsup:

I was out on one recently and it rode beautifully. Picking up something like this second hand is way better than a cheaper quality new version.
Stick with a hard tail IMO, suspension's only good if you're down hilling as it soaks a lot of your pedal energy on the flat making harder work for day to day stuff.
