its working fine now had hair drier on it , what a relief, you cant take battery out of iphone , well at least i dont think you can
Good result and your right, you can't take the battery out. Unfortunately if your phone is still under the Apple warranty, it will now be void, as the water sensors will have been activated.
wasnt there something on here a while back about putting in a bowl of rice to dry it out............either that or im hungry and thinking about food again.
Thanks for that, Dan. Obvious when you think of it. I know a plumber keeps his in a sealed poly bag for these very incidents. Apparently it works :lol: I think there is a gap in the market here

My friend did this and dropped it in the sink. She sent it back ad they caled her up and pretty much said nice try and the sensors had gone on hers too
