I'd have thought at least the muscle relaxing advice would apply to your spasms mate yeah. G used to make a living out of fixing aches, mainly backs (from what I can work out or what she's said). PM her with your issue mate, I bet you a tenner if you follow her advice your issue will be on the mend.

As Dan said... but without knowing why you have the spams and without knowing your postural alignment or rather misalignment it's tricky to say - muscle relaxants, as said herbal 'Calms' or similar or Syndol are very useful, and Devil's Claw is good for inflammation in general. There are so many reasons for joint pain, ALL joint pain, that's where you need the practitioner to help you find out what's going on, and what you are doing, perhaps unwittingly, to make it worse or at least not heal.

I feel for you but everyone is right. Your really should get these things checked out. I worked for a long time with carpal tunnel syndrome. Seeing a specialist on monday hopefully for a surgery date. I dread to think the damage Ive done in the time I didnt know what was wrong...
