Any good for muscle spasms in the shoulder MG

As Dan said... :) but without knowing why you have the spams and without knowing your postural alignment or rather misalignment it's tricky to say - muscle relaxants, as said herbal 'Calms' or similar or Syndol are very useful, and Devil's Claw is good for inflammation in general. There are so many reasons for joint pain, ALL joint pain, that's where you need the practitioner to help you find out what's going on, and what you are doing, perhaps unwittingly, to make it worse or at least not heal.

If you PM me, can I have that tenner, Dan? :)
