My New Toy.

Treated myself to a new Rubi TX700 from Tile Giant this morning. This is my first serious manual cutter having previously owned a Big Clinker. Got it home and grabbed the hardest porcelain tile I could find. I have to say, this machine is the best thing since sliced bread. The cut is so smooth and sweet and the breaking power is incredible.
Following many hours of research, I chose the Rubi over a Sigma because I wanted to see my pencil marks on the tile and with the Rubi, I can clearly see all the way along the cut.
Just wanted to share my wonderful happiness to all on the forum and I would like to give my new toy a name so any suggestions would be very helpful. Many thanks.

Thanks chaps.....Have decided to call him "The Beast". He will accompany me on a job tomorrow for his first day of hard graft. Let the fun begin.

I've had a TX 700N for a good while now and it's a great bit of kit. I need to wait a few weeks before I get a 1200 as today I bit the bullet and got the Rubi DC250 1200 wet saw. Quite excited about my new toy too!
£838.80 inc the dreaded at CTD, more than £140 cheaper than anywhere else on the net.
