Got in at 5.30 been stuck in a bathroom all day tiling..Got my bike out at 6 and just done 16 miles and i feel great.

Just over an hour, quite impressed as there are lots of hills to cycle up.

that's good going. I can do about 7.5 miles in about 30 minutes now, whereas when I first started it took me about an hour :lol: I have lost a stone in weight so it's easier to get the bike moving :lol:

I Know the feeling :lol: Did the ride and my wife has just turned up with a Chicken Tikka balti, Bombay potatoes and special fried rice and some beer for me...:drool5: Told her to bin it!!! Ha Ha just eating it now...

if you've burnt enough calories, then you deserve to put a few back. i've been monitoring how many calories I'm burning each week with my various exercise, and last week I managed to use up 4000 calories in a week!
