Some of you know I've been doing a bit of tiling, but others don't. So I thought I'd show you my work (at the request of Dave, Matt from Tile Giant and a few others).

My Album in my profile.

Please do comment.

There's a fine example of the 3-way mitre in there too. 🙂

I should probably add that clearly I'm not a tiler now, though used to be. So although I hate it now, for some reason, I seem to do a free-be every year for a close friend or family member (and I hate the whole experience and always put it off thinking they'll get somebody else but they never bloody do!). So this is the one for this year, couldn't put it off any more with only a week or two left in the year lol 😀😀😀

nice job Dan ,you did well ,especially with the thre way mitres(6)lol.Floor looks good aswell done in herring bone :thumbsup:Also like the crisp clean look of grout lines, what size of spacers did youuse?

Do like the brickbond, floor is a weird set out

It's herring bone on a small floor with big tiles, you can get the pattern standing in there but it doesn't look as good on cam. As it's was a freebe I think I was diddled. I'd have charged more for brick fashion and herring bone but hey ho, I'll call the favour in one day (can you come wash all my clothes I've been on holiday on an oil rig) lol

Ahhh, 2mm walls, 3mm floors mate. My standard that is. 🙂 The wall tiles are bevelled though so it gives a nice effect because where two meet, the one above it stands proud (if you get me) therefore the grout does look sort of thicker in some sense.
